Job summary
Freight Breakers is seeking a reliable Shift Supervisor to lead teams of 10–15 in a fast-paced warehouse in Romeoville, IL. The role requires hands-on leadership, crew coordination, and safety-focused supervision on multi-trailer unloads.
The position offers Monday–Friday, 6:00 PM–3:30 AM work with $18/hr base pay plus incentives, with potential earnings around $25/hr for strong performers. PTO, health, dental and vision, and a 401K are provided.

- Monitor productivity and address employee issues.
- Step in and assist with unloading when needed.

We are looking for a reliable, motivated, hands‑on Shift Supervisor to lead teams of approximately 10–15 employees in a fast‑paced warehouse environment.
- Your team will unload boxes from trailers, ranging from 5–150 lbs, and build pallets. Trailers typically take 2–3 hours to complete.
- You will oversee 4–5 teams working on multiple trailers, ensuring work is completed safely, efficiently, and on schedule.
Monday–Friday, 6:00 PM–3:30 AM Supervisors may arrive 30–45 minutes early to prepare for the shift.
- $18/hr base pay
- Performance incentive per completed trailer
- Strong production can bring average earnings to approximately $25/hr
- Opportunity to earn additional unload pay when working directly on a trailer
