Job summary

All Surfaces is seeking a proactive Warehouse Manager in Kansas City, MO to lead a team, manage inventory, and optimize warehouse operations. You will set productivity goals, direct shipments, and resolve logistical challenges while ensuring safety and quality at every step.

The role requires hands-on leadership, forklift operation, and experience with warehouse technology and SOPs. A background in flooring distribution or similar is a plus, with strong teamwork and attention to detail

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 5+ years warehouse experience in retail, wholesale trade, or similar environment.
• Forklift experience and/or certification.
• Proficient with technology and inventory control systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop warehouse staff to create a positive, engaged team.
• Motivate staff to meet and exceed customer expectations during huddles.
• Establish and reinforce safety, maintenance, compliance, and cleanliness standards.
• Manage warehouse associates and ensure safe operation of equipment.
• Verify orders for accuracy and quality throughout receiving/shipping.
