Job summary

Tarrant County College, South Campus, is seeking a Supervisor, Warehouse to oversee campus warehouse activities, maintain inventory accuracy, conduct audits, and coordinate shipping/receiving using the warehouse management system. This role works closely with district leadership, facility operations, campus leadership, and vendors.

The position requires an associate degree or 60 college hours in logistics or related field plus relevant experience, with forklift operation and a valid Texas driver

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree or 60 college hours in logistics or related field and five years working experience
• One year working experience supervising (e.g., leading people, processes, programs)
• One year’s working experience driving a forklift and operating a powered Jack
• Valid Texas Driver License with acceptable driving record and ability to meet driver requirements within 90 days

Responsibilities

• Oversee campus warehouse activities and maintain inventory accuracy through audits and cycle counts
• Coordinate shipping/receiving and optimize warehouse layout, stock levels, and space utilization
• Lead staff training, performance evaluations, and safety compliance programs
• Collaborate with district leadership, facility managers, and vendors to improve operations and purchasing
