Job summary

Fort Worth ISD is seeking a Warehouse Person II at the Service Center I/Lubbock Building to load, deliver, and unload inventory for distribution to schools. You will operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment, following safety protocols and routing guides.

Responsibilities include verifying loading tickets, assisting with inventories, and performing housekeeping duties. The role requires the ability to lift heavy loads and work overtime as needed to meet district needs.

Qualifications

• Accredited High School diploma, GED, or Texas equivalency required.
• Forklift operator certification or ability to obtain within 90 days of employment.
• 3 years' truck driving or warehouse experience.

Responsibilities

• Loads and delivers warehouse inventory to schools following an assigned route.
• Operates warehouse equipment including forklifts, pallet jacks, and stock pickers.
• Verifies route quantities and loading tickets; obtains signatures on delivery.
• Assists with warehouse inventories, housekeeping, and safety compliance.
• Performs preventative maintenance on tools and equipment and supports special moves.
