Job summary

P.J. Fitzpatrick is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor to oversee daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, inventory accuracy, and order fulfillment. This role leads a small team to ensure safe, efficient delivery of materials to jobsites.

You will work closely with the General Manager, coordinate shipping/receiving, maintain equipment, and uphold safety and security standards. The position requires leadership, reliability, and attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Strong leadership and ability to motivate a team.
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
• Forklift certification or ability to operate forklift.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Supervise Warehouse Staff and monitor performance.
• Manage inventory cycle counts and maintain records.
• Coordinate shipping/receiving and order fulfillment accuracy.
• Ensure warehouse equipment is maintained and safe to operate.
• Address daily challenges such as picking errors or staffing issues.
• Maintain warehouse security and prevent unauthorized access.
