P.J. Fitzpatrick, a family-owned remodeling company serving homeowners across the Mid-Atlantic, seeks a Warehouse Supervisor to oversee daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, inventory accuracy, and order picking.

You will lead and dispatch team members to jobsites for clean-up or material delivery, ensure safety compliance and equipment maintenance, and collaborate with the General Manager to meet productivity and performance goals.

Qualifications

• Strong leadership and team-motivation skills.
• Ability to manage inventory and cycle counts.
• Forklift certification or willingness to operate forklift.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Supervise Warehouse Staff: Oversee daily tasks and provide feedback to management.
• Inventory Management: Perform cycle counts and maintain records.
• Coordinate Shipping and Receiving: Manage in/outbound orders and accuracy.
• Safety Compliance: Enforce safety procedures and inspect equipment.
• Security: Maintain warehouse security and restrict access as needed.
