Qualifications

• Experience supervising warehouse staff and coordinating teams.
• Strong organizational and inventory management skills.
• Forklift certification or willingness to operate forklift.
• Proficient in MS Office and basic computer tasks.

Responsibilities

• Supervise Warehouse Staff: oversee daily tasks of Warehouse staff and provide feedback to leadership.
• Inventory Management: perform cycle counts and maintain accurate records.
• Coordinate Shipping and Receiving: manage inbound/outbound orders and fulfillment accuracy.
• Equipment: ensure forklifts and tools are maintained and inspected.
• Problem Solving: address day-to-day operational challenges.
• Safety Compliance: enforce safety procedures and inspect emergency equipment.
• Security: uphold warehouse security and restrict access.
• Warehouse Organization: store materials properly and keep workspace tidy.
• Housekeeping: maintain clean aisles and return items to proper locations.
• Customer Service Support: ensure accurate handling of will-call orders and customer-focused operations.
