Job summary

Pepsi Bottling Ventures is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor III to oversee route and transport loading, inventory, and safety in a warehouse setting. The role emphasizes staffing, training, and adherence to regulatory requirements across shifts.

The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of supervisory warehousing experience, SAP and forklift familiarity, and strong Excel/Word skills. Travel up to 10% and long hours during peak seasons are expected.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Operations Management, Logistics, or related field is preferred.
• Three (3) years supervisory experience in warehousing, distribution, or manufacturing preferred.
• SAP experience preferred.
• Forklift operation experience preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word.
• Good written and oral communication skills.
• Ability to supervise and train direct reports.
• Team-oriented and detail-focused; capable of data entry.
• Willingness to work long hours, weekends, and travel up to 10%.

Responsibilities

• Ensures the team is adequately staffed and trained.
• Manages and develops frontline team to improve performance.
• Ensures facility operates in accordance with OSHA, FDA, and related regs.
• Oversees inventory management including counting, reconciliation, and rotation.
• Provides timely service to sales and supports order picking.
• Coordinates check-out and check-in of sales routes.
• Generates and analyzes KPI reporting to track performance-to-plan.
• Ensures all required documentation is completed and maintained.
• Must be able to drive tractor/trailer vehicles to and from dock.
