Job summary

Pepsi Bottling Ventures is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor III to supervise the daily route and transport loading in a warehouse facility, managing inventory and ensuring safety and regulatory compliance. You will lead frontline staff, drive productivity, and coordinate with sales for timely service.

The role requires a high school diploma or GED (a Bachelor’s degree is preferred), plus 3 years of supervisory warehousing experience and proficiency in Excel/Word.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Three years supervisory experience in warehousing, distribution, or manufacturing preferred.
• SAP experience preferred.
• Forklift operation experience preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word.
• Good written and oral communication skills.
• Able to supervise and train direct reports.
• Team-oriented and detail-focused.
• Strong math and data-entry abilities.
• Ability to work long hours, some weekends/holidays; travel up to 10%.

Responsibilities

• Supervises daily route and transport loading/unloading in a warehouse facility.
• Manages and develops frontline team to improve performance.
• Ensures compliance with local/state regulations (OSHA, FDA, etc.).
• Oversees inventory management, counting, reconciliation, rotation.
• Provides timely service to sales and supports order check-out/in.
• Generates KPI reports to track performance-to-plan.
