Qualifications

• 3–5+ years of inventory management and warehouse logistics experience.
• 3+ years of experience directly managing or supervising a warehouse team.
• Experience working in the 3PL industry.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, specifically Excel.
• Excellent organization and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily warehouse operations in a fast-paced logistics environment.
• Supervise and coordinate activities of the warehouse staff.
• Monitor inventory levels and optimize warehouse layout and workflows.
• Prepare reports on warehouse performance, inventory status, and operational issues.
• Train, mentor, and evaluate team members to maintain high performance and morale.
