Job summary

Insight Global is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor II for a premier client at a warehouse location in Atlanta, GA. The role oversees daily warehouse operations to ensure efficient inventory management, timely order fulfillment, and a safe working environment.

Responsibilities include supervising staff, monitoring inventory, optimizing layouts, and preparing performance reports. The candidate will train, mentor, and evaluate team members to maintain high morale and performance.

Qualifications

• 3-5+ years of inventory management and warehouse logistics experience.
• 3+ years of experience directly managing or supervising a warehouse team.
• Experience working in the 3PL industry.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, specifically Excel.
• Excel and organization/problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily warehouse operations in a fast-paced logistics environment.
• Supervise and coordinate activities of the warehouse staff.
• Monitor inventory levels and optimize warehouse layout/workflows.
• Prepare reports on warehouse performance, inventory status, and operational issues.
• Train, mentor, and evaluate team members to maintain high performance.
