Nebraska Furniture Mart Inc. seeks a Warehouse Supervisor II to coordinate ordering, receiving, storing, inventorying, issuing, displaying and shipping. This role also manages supplies, tools, equipment and parts in the warehouse and on the sales floor to ensure efficient operations.

You will monitor workloads, coach and train staff, plan monthly meetings, control expenses and turnover, and uphold safety policies. Night/weekend shifts may be required.

Formación

• 1 year supervisory or management experience.
• 2 years warehouse experience.
• Valid driver’s license preferred.
• PC skills including Word, Excel, Power Point and Access preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Monitor workload priorities and direct movement of products to meet customer needs.
• Coach, train, hire and support staff; provide feedback and recognition.
• Plan monthly staff meetings, control expenses/ turnover and meet goals.
• Ensure attendance policy is applied to scheduled training events.
• Ensure machines/equipment are properly utilized and safe.
• Perform duties of supervised staff to meet deadlines when short staffed.
