Job summary

Crane Worldwide Logistics LLC in Florence, KY is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor for night shift. You will plan warehouse layouts, supervise staff, and ensure efficient storage, handling, and shipping of goods while enforcing safety and company policies.

Key requirements include a high school diploma or GED and 3–4 years of warehousing experience with 2–3 years in a supervisory role. The position offers full-time hours and benefits.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Plans layout of warehouse and storage areas considering turnover, size, weight, and item characteristics.

• Determines work procedures, prepares schedules, and expedites workflow.
• Assigns duties and inspects work for accuracy and policy compliance.
• Maintains harmony among workers and resolves issues; enforces safety regulations.
• Other duties as assigned.

B-Schedule - Nights; Thursday, Friday, Saturday and e/o Wednesday, 7:00pm - 7:00am

Essential Job Functions

• Plans layout of warehouse and other storage areas, considering turnover, size, weight, and related factors of items stored
• Advises employees on care and preservation of items received, stored, and shipped; methods and use of equipment in handling, storing, maintaining, and shipping stock; and related problems
• Determines work procedures, prepares work schedules, and expedites workflow
• Assigns duties and examines work for exactness, neatness, and conformance to policies and procedures.
• Maintains harmony among workers and resolves issues
• Advises and Enforce safety regulations
• Other duties as assigned.

Physical Requirements

• Standing/Walking 75% of the time.
• Stand or sit for long periods of time.
• Reach with hands and arms and stoop, kneel, crouch and frequently required to climb or balance.
• Regularly lift and/or move 50 pounds with hand truck/pallet jack and occasionally lift and/or move 50 pounds by hand.

Education & Experience

• High school diploma or general education degree (GED) required.
• Three to four years relevant, job-related experience, education or combination thereof.
• Two to three years supervisory experience preferred.

CERTIFICATIONS AND LICENSES

• Professional certification may be required in some areas
