Job summary

Crane Worldwide Logistics in Florence, KY is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor to lead warehouse operations and ensure efficient storage, handling, and shipping of stock. You will plan layouts, assign duties, and enforce safety standards.

The role requires several years in warehousing with supervisory experience and a strong focus on quality and teamwork to meet performance goals. This onsite position offers comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Must-have: High school diploma or GED plus 3–4 years relevant experience; 2–3 years supervisory experience preferred.
• Experience in warehouse layout, stock handling, and safety compliance is expected.
• Professional certification may be required in some areas.

Responsibilities

• Plans layout of warehouse and storage areas considering turnover, size, weight, and item characteristics.
• Advises employees on care, preservation, and handling of stock and shipping procedures.
• Determines work procedures, prepares schedules, and expedites workflow.
• Assigns duties and checks work for accuracy and policy conformance.
• Maintains harmony among workers and resolves issues.
• Advises and enforces safety regulations.

Physical Requirements

• Stand or sit for long periods of time.

• Regularly lift and/or move 50 pounds with hand truck/pallet jack and occasionally lift and/or move 50 pounds by hand.

Education & Experience

• High school diploma or general education degree (GED) required.
• Three to four years relevant, job-related experience, education or combination thereof.
• Two to three years supervisory experience preferred.

Certifications & Licenses
