Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent, 18+ years old.
• 1-year certificate from college/technical school; or 3–6 months related experience.
• Valid driver's license.
• Forklift certification.
• Warehouse supervisory/managerial experience preferred.
• Strong supervisory skills: lead people and get results through others.
• Strong oral and written communication skills.
• Strong organizational skills.
• Familiarity with inventory management.
• Familiarity with computers (MS Office).

Responsibilities

• Oversee all aspects of Distribution Center/Warehouse operations for commissary services.
• Supervise, train, schedule, and discipline staff.
• Manage on-site inventory control: ordering, receiving, stocking, and processing orders.
• Ensure warehouse rules, regulations, policies, and procedures are followed.
• Perform weekly audits of high-security items.
• Process and manage weekly time sheets and attendance records.
• Maintain a clean and safe workspace.
• Perform additional duties as needed.
