Job summary

UPS is a Fortune Global 500 organization seeking a detail-oriented specialist to manage gateway allocations, configurations, and maintenance materials. You will audit contracts, maintain a master schedule, and review route structures to assess exposure for UPS gateways.

Collaborating with maintenance teams, you will determine parts packages and support line checks, with a focus on accuracy, timeliness, and compliance across UPS gateways worldwide.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or International equivalent preferred.
• Understand the relationship and impact of AC materials on maintenance operations.
• Able to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
• Possess technical, statistical, or analytical aptitude to interpret airline requirements, technical documents, and statistical modeling.
• Proficient in database computer skills and statistical methods.

Responsibilities

• Analyzes material requirements and scheduled maintenance tasks.
• Processes Allocation Change Requests (ACR) from heavy and line maintenance facilities.
• Maintains the material database and controls the input of information into the system.
• Maintains a master schedule for gateway openings, closings, and changes.
• Reviews route structure to determine operational exposure and maintenance activity for all UPS gateways.
• Collaborates with maintenance to derive gateway level and parts packages required to support line maintenance, scheduled checks, or shops.
