Job summary

UPS is seeking a Gateway Operations Specialist to manage gateway allocations, configurations, maintenance scheduling, and inventory needs. The role involves audits, contract reviews, and maintaining a master schedule for gateway openings and changes.

Responsibilities include analyzing material requirements, processing ACRs, and maintaining the material database. A Bachelor’s degree is preferred and strong data/analytical skills are required.

Qualifications

• Able to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
• Possess technical, statistical, or analytical aptitude to interpret documents and modeling.
• Able to demonstrate proficiency in database skills and statistical methods.

Responsibilities

• Analyzes material requirements and scheduled maintenance tasks.
• Processes Allocation Change Requests (ACR) from heavy and line maintenance facilities.
• Mantains the material database and input of information into the system.
