Job summary

UPS is seeking a Gateway Operations Analyst to manage gateway allocations, configurations, and maintenance scheduling. The role involves auditing contracts, maintaining a master schedule for gateway openings and closings, and reviewing route structures to assess operational exposure.

You will collaborate with maintenance to determine required parts packages for line checks and shops. The candidate should have a Bachelor’s degree or international equivalent, strong analytical and database skills,

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or international equivalent preferred.
• Understand relationship and impact of AC materials on maintenance operations.
• Able to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
• Proficient in database skills and statistical methods.
• Demonstrate proficiency in database software.

Responsibilities

• Analyzes material requirements and scheduled maintenance tasks.
• Processes Allocation Change Requests (ACR) from heavy and line maintenance facilities.
• Maintains the material database and controls the input of information into the system.
