About the role

Fresh produce moves through our warehouse every day: inbound deliveries are received, inspected, and put away in cold storage, and finished orders are picked, staged, and loaded for our customers. Reporting directly to the Plant Manager, you'll be the top leader in the warehouse, running a team of 4–5 associates and owning daily flow from dock to dock. This is a hands‑on role for an experienced leader who can work alongside the team while keeping it organized, safe, and on schedule.

Strongly preferred

• Food, produce, or cold‑chain warehouse experience.
• Knowledge of food safety and GMP in a warehouse setting.
• Forklift certification (current or past).
• Bilingual English/Spanish or English/Hmong.
