Job summary

Cut Fruit Express in Inver Grove Heights, MN is seeking a hands-on Warehouse Supervisor to lead a 4–5 person team and own daily flow from dock to dock.

You will oversee receiving, putaway, picking, staging, and shipping processes, ensuring accuracy, inventory control, and safety in a cold storage environment. The role reports to the Plant Manager and requires 2+ years of supervisory experience, forklift readiness, and ability to lift up to 50 lbs.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of supervisory or lead experience in a warehouse or distribution center, including scheduling, training, and performance feedback.
• Hands-on experience with receiving, putaway, picking, and shipping processes.
• Experience onboarding new team members.
• Comfort using basic computer tools.
• Comfort on your feet in a cold warehouse and cooler environment, with the ability to lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of 4–5 warehouse associates across receiving, putaway, picking, staging, and shipping.
• Make sure warehouse processes and systems are followed, from receiving checks to order accuracy and inventory records.
• Partner with QA to inspect incoming produce and ensure product quality at receiving.
• Build and manage the team's schedule around inbound deliveries and outbound orders.
• Hire, interview, and train new warehouse associates.
• Give regular feedback and coaching, and address performance and attendance issues.
• Oversee safe forklift and pallet jack operation.
• Coordinate with Production, Quality, and drivers to keep receiving and shipments on time.
