Job summary

C&S Wholesale Grocers, LLC is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor to oversee day-to-day operations in a fast-paced, safety-focused environment. You will supervise warehouse employees, optimize processes, and ensure quality and compliance with company policies across multiple areas.

Responsibilities include guiding performance development plans, coaching staff, managing KPIs (safety, productivity, retention, quality), and conducting audits and investigations as needed.

Qualifications

• 2-5 years related warehouse experience; Team Lead or Supervisory experience managing 15+ associates is highly desired; Exposure to Warehouse Management Systems; voice recognition, inventory control, labor management is a plus

Responsibilities

• Supervise the day-to-day shift operations of one or more warehouse areas of responsibility (AOR).
• Manage and supervise the daily activities of Warehouse Associates in fulfillment of customer orders and general warehouse operations.
• Instruct and provide oversight to Warehouse Associates in proper execution of all established quality, safety and sanitation practices.
• Collaborate with Shift Manager in the development of PDPs; Coach, mentor and guide Associates in PDP execution; provide continuous feedback to improve performance and retention.
• Manage to set KPIs: Safety, Retention, Productivity, Budget and Quality (Shrink).
• Conduct Safety, Quality, Shrink and Operational audits and promote ownership of audit results among Associates.
• Conduct accident investigations per company guidelines and document findings.
