GritR Sports and Outdoors in Arlington, TX is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor for the Evening Shift to oversee outbound and receiving operations and drive inventory accuracy. You will lead a team in a fast-paced environment, manage daily KPIs, and ensure proper packing, shipping, and SOP adherence while coordinating training for new hires.

The role requires leadership experience in warehousing, English proficiency, and physical ability to stand for 8 hours and lift up to 50 lbs.

Warehouse Supervisor (Evening Shift)

We are seeking a dedicated and organized Warehouse Supervisor to oversee our evening operations at our Arlington facility. This role is critical to maintaining the flow of our Outbound and Receiving departments. The ideal candidate is a dependable leader who excels in high-volume environments and maintains a strong focus on inventory accuracy and team performance.

Shift and Compensation

• Location: Arlington, Tx.
• $23.50 / hour (90 day probationary period)
• Schedule: Monday - Friday, 4:00 pm - 12:00 am
• Training Period: First 30-45 days will be conducted during day-shift operational hours (8:00am - 4:00pm) for comprehensive onboarding/training.

Key Responsibilities
