Job summary

Performance Contracting Group is seeking an experienced Warehouse Supervisor for its Raleigh 531 operations based in Raleigh, NC. The role oversees warehouse functions, receiving, stocking, and order fulfillment to support project teams.

The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of warehouse experience, strong knowledge of construction products, and excellent customer service skills. Proficiency with Microsoft Office is expected to maintain organized processes and accurate records.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years warehouse experience; construction industry preferred.
• Working knowledge of general construction products.
• Exceptional customer service skills.
• Ability to prioritize and maintain an organized process.
• Efficient with Microsoft office products.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all warehouse functions in conjunction with receiving materials, stocking merchandise and filling customer orders.
• FIlls project team orders in accordance with a picking ticket or document; records items filled and omissions; notifies supervisor of shortages.
• Prepares receiving reports and enters into computer after verifying correctness of incoming materials by comparing items and quantities unloaded against bills of lading, invoices, manifests or other records; notes discrepancies and damage.
• Ensures all common carrier and UPS orders are prepared for shipment; contacts carrier for pickup as appropriate.
• Inventory control of company assets such as tools, equipment, and scaffolding.
