Juniper Meadows Solutions, a company of innovative supply chain solutions, is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor in Raleigh, NC. This full-time role involves managing and optimizing warehouse operations, ensuring efficient and safe handling of inventory.

The Warehouse Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing all daily warehouse activities, which include managing inventory levels, ensuring accurate stock counts, and implementing effective inventory control systems. This role involves coordinating with suppliers to receive and process incoming shipments, as well as managing the distribution of products to meet customer orders. The supervisor will also be in charge of order fulfillment, which includes picking, packing, and shipping products to customers in a timely and efficient manner. Additionally, the Warehouse Supervisor will supervise and mentor warehouse staff, providing training and guidance to ensure they are performing their tasks effectively and safely. They will also be responsible for maintaining a clean and organized warehouse environment, which includes regularly cleaning work areas and ensuring that all equipment is properly maintained. Furthermore, the Warehouse Supervisor will ensure compliance with all safety regulations and company policies, which includes conducting regular safety inspections, providing safety training to staff, and enforcing safety protocols to prevent accidents and injuries.

The Warehouse Supervisor will work in a team environment within our warehouse in Raleigh, NC. They will collaborate with staff, management, and other departments to achieve operational goals.

The salary range for this position is $38,000 to $49,362 per year, providing a competitive base pay that can be adjusted based on experience and performance. In addition to the base salary, the company offers a comprehensive benefits package that may include health insurance, dental and vision coverage, retirement plans such as a 401(k) with company matching, and paid time off including vacation days, sick leave, and holidays.
