Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience in warehouse operations including shipping, receiving, and fulfillment.
• Proficiency with ERP systems, especially NetSuite.
• Ability to load/unload trucks and manage warehouse workflow.
• Strong organizational and housekeeping skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate parts purchasing with Purchasing Department to meet inventory needs.
• Manage all fulfillments (shipping and receiving) for the assigned region.
• Receive materials and enter receipts into NetSuite with PO reference.
• Perform cycle counts and quarterly physical inventories.
• Organize and maintain surplus inventory and warehouse space.
• Keep warehouse clean, safe, and stocked for technicians.
