Job summary

CECO Environmental is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor in Odessa, TX to oversee inventory, shipping/receiving, and ERP processes with NetSuite. You’ll coordinate parts purchasing, manage regional fulfillments, perform cycle counts, and ensure accurate data entry while maintaining a safe, organized warehouse.

Reporting to the Inventory Operations Manager, you’ll collaborate with Purchasing, Sales, Technicians, and vendors, stock essential parts, and support walk-in sales and site maintenance tasks

Qualifications

• Experience in warehouse operations and fulfillment.
• Strong organizational and housekeeping skills.
• Effective coordination with Purchasing, Sales, Technicians, and vendors.
• Accurate data-entry and transaction management.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate parts purchasing to maintain inventory levels for the region.
• Manage all fulfillments (shipping and receiving) for the assigned region.
• Receive materials with accurate PO linkage and ERP entry.
• Perform cycle counts and quarterly physical inventories.
• Organize and quantify surplus inventory materials.
• Ensure proper storage and ERP (NetSuite) accounting of materials.
