Old-Castle-Building-Envelop is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor to oversee receiving, processing, and distribution operations, while developing a high‑performing team. The role emphasizes safety, accuracy, and exceptional customer experience, reporting to the Warehouse Manager.

Candidates will have at least 2 years in a warehouse or manufacturing leadership role, with SAP/ERP experience, strong communication, and the ability to manage tasks and reading measurements (including fractions).

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of leadership in warehouse or manufacturing.
• Experience with SAP/ERP systems.
• Strong written and verbal communication.
• Ability to read and write measurements, including fractions.

Responsibilities

• Manage receiving, processing, and distribution operations.
• Oversee safety, quality, performance, and customer experience; maintain records.
• Ensure proper use of equipment and PPE; uphold safety requirements.
• Train, coach, and motivate warehouse staff; manage performance.
• Achieve goals through space optimization and inventory accuracy.
