Job summary

Lineage seeks a hands-on Warehouse Supervisor for our Fort Worth, TX facility. The role leads a warehouse team, ensuring safety, quality, and productivity while aligning with Operations leadership.

The position involves supervising shifts (Sunday through Wednesday) and driving a culture of accountability. The ideal candidate will develop talent, foster engagement, and partner with senior leaders to meet service and production goals in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 2 years warehouse or logistics leadership experience
• Experience with Warehouse Management System (WMS)
• Strong conflict management skills
• Ability to work in temperatures from -20°F/-25°C in cold storage or up to 100°F/37°C in dry storage while wearing PPE
• Must be able to lift a minimum of 40 lbs
• Ability to work a flexible schedule and shift, including weekends if needed
• Must be comfortable with varying noise levels

Responsibilities

• Supervise, train, provide performance feedback and assign duties of direct reports to ensure productivity
• Manage shipments and organize merchandise, and maintain warehouse inventory
• Plan production schedules and allocate resources while tracking time and production records
• Track and report to designated plant personnel
• Track warehouse activities including sales, record control, and purchasing to ensure product availability
• Operate machinery and material handling equipment
• Resolve employee issues and maintain open lines of communication
• Complete assigned projects as instructed

Supervise the operations and responsibilities of the warehouse team and designated facility. Work with Operations leadership to make certain company and customer standards of service, quality, safety, and productivity are met.

KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Supervise, train, provide performance feedback and assign duties of direct reports to ensure productivity, efficiency, and effectiveness

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS (KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, ABILITIES)

• Ability to work in temperatures as low as -20 Fahrenheit/-25 Celsius in cold storage sites or up to 100 Fahrenheit/37 Celsius in dry storage sites while wearing company provided personal protective equipment and freezer gear
• Must be able to lift a minimum of40lbs.; weight may be more dependent upon facility
• Ability to work a flexible work schedule and shift, including weekends if needed
• Must be comfortable with various noise levels, at times, can be loud
