Job summary

Lineage is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor for our Stevens Point D2C facility. You will lead daily warehouse operations, develop teams, and partner with the Operations group to meet safety, quality, and productivity targets. The role requires hands-on leadership and a focus on operational excellence.

Shift is Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM–3:30 PM; you will supervise the warehouse team, coordinate with operations leadership, and drive performance metrics while maintaining a safe working environment.

Qualifications

• 2 years warehouse or logistics leadership experience.
• Experience with Warehouse Management System (WMS).
• Strong conflict management skills.
• Ability to lift a minimum of 40 lbs. I.e., physical capability for warehouse roles.

Responsibilities

• Supervise, train, provide performance feedback and assign duties of direct reports to ensure productivity, efficiency, and effectiveness.
• Manage incoming/outgoing shipments, organize merchandise, and maintain warehouse inventory.
• Plan production schedules and allocate resources while tracking time and production records.
• Track and send reports to designated plant personnel.
• Monitor warehouse activities including sales, record control, and purchasing to ensure product availability.

Job description

This opportunity is for a Warehouse Supervisor at our newest Direct-to-Consumer (D2C) facility in Stevens Point. We are seeking a strong, hands-on leader who will partner closely with the Operations team to lead, develop, and support high-performing teams. The ideal candidate will foster a safe, productive, and engaging work environment while helping drive operational excellence and team performance.

Shift: Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM–3:30 PM

Supervise the operations and responsibilities of the warehouse team and designated facility. Work with Operations leadership to make certain company and customer standards of service, quality, safety, and productivity are met.

Key Duties And Responsibilities

• Supervise, train, provide performance feedback and assign duties of direct reports to ensure productivity, efficiency, and effectiveness
• Manage operational procedures to include the incoming and outgoing shipments, handle the organization of merchandise, and maintain warehouse inventory
• Plan production schedules and resource allocation for completion of job assignments while keeping time and production records
• Track and send reports to designated plant personnel
• Track warehouse activities including sales, record control, and purchasing to ensure availability of products

Additional Duties And Responsibilities

• Work with machinery and material handling equipment
• Resolve employee issues and maintain open lines of communication with all levels of the organization
• Perform assigned projects as instructed

Minimum Requirements (knowledge, Skills, Abilities)

• 2 years warehouse or logistics leadership experience
• Experience with Warehouse Management System (WMS)
• Strong conflict management skills
• Ability to work in temperatures as low as -20 Fahrenheit/-25 Celsius in cold storage sites or up to 100 Fahrenheit/37 Celsius in dry storage sites while wearing company provided personal protective equipment and freezer gear
• Must be able to lift a minimum of 40 lbs.; weight may be more dependent upon facility
• Ability to work a flexible work schedule and shift, including weekends if needed
• Must be comfortable with various noise levels, at times, can be loud
