Business Acumen & Process Responsibilities:

• Practical understanding of how daily decisions impact service, labor efficiency, and cost
• Apply Lean and basic industrial engineering concepts to frontline problem solving
• Interpret dashboards and performance data with business context
• Understand quality, safety, productivity, and service tradeoffs

Key Responsibilities:

• Customerfocused daily execution and service reliability
• Coaching, mentoring, and safety leadership
• Rootcause problem solving and kaizen execution
• Use of dashboards and AIassisted tools to manage daily performance

Basic Qualifications:
