Job summary

Ohio Logistics is seeking a Senior Warehouse Supervisor to lead our overnight operation in Trenton, OH. You will manage a high-performing team, drive efficiency, safety, and customer satisfaction in a fast-paced distribution center.

You will coach and develop staff, monitor KPIs, and implement improvements to optimize inbound and outbound flows, inventory accuracy, and overall performance. Forklift experience and WMS knowledge are essential to succeed.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of warehouse, logistics, or distribution experience.
• 2+ years of supervisory or leadership experience.
• Forklift experience required.
• Experience with WMS systems and inventory control.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• A passion for leading teams and driving continuous improvement.

• Lead, coach, and motivate warehouse associates to achieve performance goals.
• Drive productivity, quality, safety, and customer satisfaction.
• Oversee inbound and outbound warehouse operations.
