Responsibilities

  • Oversee warehouse employees to ensure safety, quality, productivity, and responsiveness goals are achieved
  • Counsel and support hourly employees regarding workplace needs and concerns
  • Recognize positive performance and address performance issues appropriately
  • Utilize Quality Network problem-solving processes to identify and resolve operational opportunities
  • Apply Workplace Organization (WPO) methodologies to improve efficiency and workspace layouts
  • Perform daily Timekeeping System (TKS) updates to ensure accurate payroll processing
  • Document problem-solving activities using the A-3 reporting format
  • Conduct daily team meetings to communicate business updates and facilitate employee engagement
  • Perform and document weekly departmental safety observation tours
  • Plan and balance daily workloads to support operational requirements
  • Collaborate with colleagues to optimize shift performance
  • Ensure compliance with contractual obligations, workplace standards, and shop rules
  • Conduct daily SOP audits
  • Support employee development through IDP activities
  • Communicate pending activities and departmental updates with leadership teams

Pay Range: $39.58/hour

We are seeking an experienced Warehouse Supervisor to lead day-to-day warehouse operations and support business objectives related to safety, quality, productivity, and employee engagement. This role is ideal for a hands-on leader who thrives in a manufacturing environment, enjoys developing teams, and has a passion for process improvement. The successful candidate will play a critical role in driving operational excellence while fostering a positive and productive workplace culture.

  • 10+ years of relevant warehouse, manufacturing, logistics, or operations experience
  • High school diploma with at least 1–2 years of technical or business school training
  • Training in a skilled trades area or equivalent technical training
  • Knowledge of manufacturing processes and warehouse procedures
  • Understanding of quality control procedures and operational best practices
  • Experience with scheduling systems and workforce management processes
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Ability to motivate employees and lead teams effectively
  • Basic mathematical skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
