Job Summary: Supervise the operations of the warehouse team and facility, ensuring standards of service, quality, safety, and productivity are met in collaboration with Operations leadership.

Key Duties and Responsibilities

• Supervise, train, and provide performance feedback to direct reports to ensure productivity and efficiency.
• Manage operational procedures including shipments, merchandise organization, and inventory maintenance.
• Plan production schedules and allocate resources, maintaining records of time and production.
• Send reports to designated plant personnel.
• Monitor warehouse activities such as sales, record control, and purchasing to ensure product availability.

Additional Duties and Responsibilities

• Operate machinery and material handling equipment.
• Resolve employee issues and maintain open communication across organizational levels.
• Perform assigned projects as instructed.

Minimum Requirements (Knowledge, Skills, Abilities)

• At least 2 years of warehouse or logistics leadership experience.
• Experience with Warehouse Management System (WMS).
• Strong conflict management skills.
• Ability to work in cold storage environments (-20°F/-25°C) and dry storage (up to 100°F/37°C), wearing PPE and freezer gear.
• Must lift a minimum of 40 lbs; heavier weights may be required depending on the facility.
• Flexible schedule, including weekends if necessary.
• Comfortable with varying noise levels, which can be loud at times.
