Job summary

Freight Breakers LLC is seeking a hands-on Warehouse Supervisor to lead floor operations at our Fort Mill site on the 3rd shift. You will drive unloading, operate equipment with the crew, and ensure safety and KPI targets are met.

The role requires forklift experience, leadership background, strong communication, and reliability. Schedule is Sunday–Thursday, 10:30 PM–7:00 AM with potential overtime as needed. Comprehensive benefits offered.

Qualifications

• Valid hands-on experience operating a stand-up forklift.
• At least 1 year of experience in a warehouse lead, team lead, or supervisory role.
• Willingness to work actively on the dock floor unloading and coaching the team.
• Solid verbal communication skills and basic computer proficiency (email, spreadsheets, inventory/shift logs).
• Strong work ethic and dependable attendance.
• Preferred: 3PL/cross-dock or production-pay experience; bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.

Responsibilities

Warehouse Supervisor (Hands-On / 3rd Shift)

Location: Fort Mill, SC (On-site)

Pay: $17.00/hour base + $5.00 per container closure + production pay per truck unloaded

Schedule: Sunday – Thursday, 10:30 PM – 7:00 AM (8-hour shift, overtime/peak Friday or Saturdays as needed)

Freight Breakers is looking for a hands-on Warehouse Supervisor to lead floor operations at our Fort Mill site. What You Will Do

• Lead from the Floor: Direct, train, and support warehouse associates to maintain high productivity, quality, and retention.
• Drive Shift Production: Oversee unloading operations, jump on equipment when needed, and ensure customer turn-times and KPIs are met daily.
• Maintain High Safety Standards: Enforce safety compliance, safe equipment operation, and clear warehouse dock procedures.
• Coordinate Operations: Serve as a reliable point of contact between on-site associates, facility leadership, and customer management.
• Track Shift Metrics: Document daily shift output, completed containers, and equipment checkouts accurately.

Qualifications

• Reliability: Strong work ethic and dependable attendance.
• Preferred: Prior 3PL, cross-dock, or production-pay environment experience; bilingual skills (English/Spanish) are a plus.
