Job summary

Freight Breakers LLC is seeking a hands-on Warehouse Supervisor to lead floor operations at our Fort Mill site on the 3rd shift. You will drive unloading, operate equipment with the crew, and ensure safety and KPI targets are met.

The role requires forklift experience, leadership background, strong communication, and reliability. Schedule is Sunday–Thursday, 10:30 PM–7:00 AM with potential overtime as needed. Comprehensive benefits offered.

Qualifications

• Valid hands-on experience operating a stand-up forklift.
• At least 1 year of experience in a warehouse lead, team lead, or supervisory role.
• Willingness to work actively on the dock floor unloading and coaching the team.
• Solid verbal communication skills and basic computer proficiency (email, spreadsheets, inventory/shift logs).
• Strong work ethic and dependable attendance.
• Preferred: 3PL/cross-dock or production-pay experience; bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Direct, train, and support warehouse associates to maintain high productivity, quality, and retention.
• Oversee unloading operations, operate equipment when needed, meet daily customer turn-times and KPIs.
• Enforce safety compliance, safe equipment operation, and dock procedures.
• Serve as a reliable contact between on-site associates, facility leadership, and customer management.
• Document daily shift output, completed containers, and equipment checkouts.
