Job summary

City Brewing Company is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor to join our growing team. The Warehouse Supervisor is responsible for the day-to-day operations in a fast-paced warehouse environment, delivering and executing daily and short-term plans to achieve operational and business objectives.

The supervisor will manage central receiving, ingredient inventory/balancing/storage, and chemical storage. The role requires a Bachelor's degree or equivalent, 2+ years in warehousing or manufacturing with

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree preferred in Business, Operations Management, Supply Chain, or related field.
  • Minimum 2 years’ experience in warehouse, logistics, or manufacturing.
  • Minimum of 2 years' supervisory experience, preferably within a union environment.
  • Excellent oral/written communication skills, and advanced computer skills.
  • Highly organized and self-motivated, able to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Willing to work any shift and weekends to cover a 24/7 operation.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and ensure the accurate and efficient flow of palletizers, transfers, shipments, inbound supplies and trucks.
  • Supervise daily inventory, storage and movement of packaging materials and finished product; rotate stock.
  • Balance and tag all hold product; monitor daily hold adjustments.
  • Serve as direct contact for Quality Department.
  • File and track hold dumping/sorting/repacking documents per regulations.
  • Supervise training, coaching, and discipline of employees.
  • Schedule replacement coverage for call-ins.
  • Oversee scanning, WMS functions, and reporting; ensure operations of forklift scanners and equipment.
  • Record daily forklift inspection reports.
  • Ensure GMP, safety, and regulatory compliance across departments.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Supervise the daily inventory, storage and movement of all packaging materials and finished product. Responsible for finished product, packaging material and ingredient stock rotation

  • Support the Packaging, Customer Service, Brewing, Accounting, Purchasing and Quality Assurance departments as needed

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Operations Management, Supply Chain, or related field preferred. A combination of education/military leadership/ work experience may be considered.
  • Minimum 2 years’ experience in warehouse, logistics, or manufacturing, required
  • Minimum of 2 years' supervisory experience, preferably within a union environment
  • Highly organized/self-motivated and able to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Selected candidate must be willing to work any shift and weekends when necessary to cover the needs of a 24/7 operation
