Job summary

City Brewery is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor to join our Mount Pleasant, SC team. The role oversees day-to-day warehouse operations in a fast-paced facility, delivering daily and short-term plans to meet production objectives.

The supervisor will manage central receiving, inventory balancing, and chemical storage while coordinating with Packaging, Brewing, and QA departments. 2+ years supervisory experience and a Bachelor’s degree are preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a related field is preferred.
• Minimum 2 years in warehouse, logistics, or manufacturing.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate flow of palletizers, transfers, shipments and inbound supplies.
• Supervise daily inventory, storage and movement of packaging materials and finished products.
• Ensure tagging, hold reports and daily hold adjustments are accurate.
• Serve as liaison with Quality Department and maintain compliance with GMP, OSHA, FDA, TTB.

Job Summary

City Brewery is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor to join our growing team. The Warehouse Supervisor is responsible for the day-to-day operations in a fast-paced warehouse environment. This role is responsible for delivering and executing daily and short-term plans to achieve operational and business objectives. The warehouse supervisor will also be responsible for central receiving, ingredient inventory/balancing/storage, and chemical storage.

Duties And Responsibilities

• Coordinate and ensure the accurate and efficient flow of all palletizers, transfers, shipments, inbound supplies and trucks
• Supervise the daily inventory, storage and movement of all packaging materials and finished product. Responsible for finished product, packaging material and ingredient stock rotation
• Count, balance, and check proper tagging procedures for all hold product vs. hold report. Monitor and control daily hold adjustments
• Serve as direct contact for Quality Department
• File and track all hold dumping/sorting/repacking documents per TTB regulations
• Supervise employee training, coaching and discipline
• Schedule replacement coverage for call-ins
• Supervise all scanning, WMS functions, meters versus receipts and various reports
• Ensure proper operations of all on board forklift scanners, radios, cradles and WMS equipment
• Record all daily forklift inspection reports
• Enforce policies to stay within internal, federal, state and local regulations. Responsible for compliance of GMP, Fire codes, insurance guidelines, sanitation, pest control, safety, OSHA, FDA, DMV and TTB
• Support the Packaging, Customer Service, Brewing, Accounting, Purchasing and Quality Assurance departments as needed

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Business, Operations Management, Supply Chain, or related field preferred. A combination of education/military leadership/ work experience may be considered.
• Minimum 2 years’ experience in warehouse, logistics, or manufacturing, required
• Minimum of 2 years' supervisory experience, preferably within a union environment
• Excellent oral/written communication skills, advanced computer skills. WMS knowledge helpful
• Highly organized/self-motivated and able to work in a fast-paced environment
• Selected candidate must be willing to work any shift and weekends when necessary to cover the needs of a 24/7 operation
