Job summary

City Brewing Company is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor to join our growing team. The Warehouse Supervisor is responsible for the day-to-day operations in a fast-paced warehouse environment, delivering and executing daily plans to meet objectives.

The role includes central receiving, inventory balancing, storage, and chemical storage. The position requires a Bachelor’s degree in Business/Operations/Supply Chain and at least 2 years of warehouse or supervisory experience, with WMS knowledge

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Operations Management, Supply Chain, or related field preferred.
  • Minimum 2 years’ experience in warehouse, logistics, or manufacturing.
  • Minimum of 2 years' supervisory experience, preferably within a union environment.
  • Excellent oral/written communication skills, advanced computer skills.
  • WMS knowledge helpful.
  • Willing to work any shift and weekends when necessary to cover a 24/7 operation.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and ensure the accurate and efficient flow of all palletizers, transfers, shipments, inbound supplies and trucks.
  • Supervise the daily inventory, storage and movement of all packaging materials and finished product; rotate stock accordingly.
  • Count, balance, and check tagging for all hold product vs. hold report; monitor daily hold adjustments.
  • Serve as direct contact for Quality Department.
  • File and track all hold dumping/sorting/repacking documents per TTB regulations.
  • Schedule replacement coverage for call-ins.
  • Supervise scanning, WMS functions, meters versus receipts and various reports.
  • Ensure proper operations of forklift scanners, radios, cradles and WMS equipment.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Operations Management, Supply Chain, or related field preferred. A combination of education/military leadership/ work experience may be considered.
  • Minimum 2 years’ experience in warehouse, logistics, or manufacturing, required
  • Minimum of 2 years' supervisory experience, preferably within a union environment
  • Highly organized/self-motivated and able to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Selected candidate must be willing to work any shift and weekends when necessary to cover the needs of a 24/7 operation
