Job summary

City Brewery is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor to join our team in Mt. Pleasant, PA. You will oversee day-to-day operations in a fast-paced warehouse, ensure timely execution of daily plans, and manage central receiving, inventory balancing, and chemical storage.

You will supervise staff, coordinate with Quality, and ensure compliance with GMP, safety, and regulatory standards while supporting multiple departments in a 24/7 operation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Operations Management, Supply Chain, or related field preferred.
• Minimum 2 years’ experience in warehouse, logistics, or manufacturing.
• Minimum of 2 years' supervisory experience, preferably within a union environment.
• Excellent oral/written communication skills, advanced computer skills.
• WMS knowledge helpful.
• Willing to work any shift and weekends to cover 24/7 operation.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and ensure the accurate and efficient flow of all palletizers, transfers, shipments, inbound supplies and trucks.
• Supervise the daily inventory, storage and movement of all packaging materials and finished product; rotate stock.
• Count, balance, and check tagging for hold products and monitor daily hold adjustments.
• Serve as direct contact for Quality Department.
• File and track hold dumping/sorting/repacking documents per regulations (TTB).
• Supervise employee training, coaching and discipline.
• Schedule replacement coverage for call-ins.
• Supervise all scanning, WMS functions, meters vs. receipts and reports.
• Ensure proper operation of on-board forklift scanners, radios, cradles and WMS equipment.
• Record daily forklift inspection reports.
• Enforce GMP, safety, sanitation and regulatory compliance across departments.

Job Summary

City Brewery is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor to join our growing team. The Warehouse Supervisor is responsible for the day‑to‑day operations in a fast‑paced warehouse environment. This role is responsible for delivering and executing daily and short‑term plans to achieve operational and business objectives. The warehouse supervisor will also be responsible for central receiving, ingredient inventory/balancing/storage, and chemical storage.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Supervise the daily inventory, storage and movement of all packaging materials and finished product. Responsible for finished product, packaging material and ingredient stock rotation
• Count, balance, and check proper tagging procedures for all hold product vs. hold report. Monitor and control daily hold adjustments
• Serve as direct contact for Quality Department
• File and track all hold dumping/sorting/repacking documents per TTB regulations
• Supervise employee training, coaching and discipline
• Schedule replacement coverage for call‑ins
• Supervise all scanning, WMS functions, meters versus receipts and various reports
• Ensure proper operations of all on board forklift scanners, radios, cradles and WMS equipment
• Record all daily forklift inspection reports
• Enforce policies to stay within internal, federal, state and local regulations. Responsible for compliance of GMP, Fire codes, insurance guidelines, sanitation, pest control, safety, OSHA, FDA, DMV and TTB
• Support the Packaging, Customer Service, Brewing, Accounting, Purchasing and Quality Assurance departments as needed

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Business, Operations Management, Supply Chain, or related field preferred. A combination of education/military leadership/ work experience may be considered.
• Minimum 2 years’ experience in warehouse, logistics, or manufacturing, required
• Minimum of 2 years' supervisory experience, preferably within a union environment
• Excellent oral/written communication skills, advanced computer skills. WMS knowledge helpful
• Highly organized/self‑motivated and able to work in a fast‑paced environment
• Selected candidate must be willing to work any shift and weekends when necessary to cover the needs of a 24/7 operation
