Job description

We have an exciting opportunity for a process-focused Warehouse Supervisor to join our technologically advanced North American Fulfilment Center in Memphis, TN. If you are passionate about coaching and developing a team of people to ensure our products are delivered to the right people at the right time, then this could be the perfect role for you!

As a Second Shift Supervisor, you will have the opportunity to lead by example as you oversee a dedicated team responsible for receiving, handling, and shipping products to our loyal customers across North America. Whether fulfilling orders for our own retail stores, independent retailers, or direct-to-home customers, you will be a reliable presence onsite by ensuring that all orders are processed accurately, meeting delivery SLAs and quality standards, whilst ensuring all staff are compliant with Games Workshop’s policies and procedures.

Collaboration will be key as you will work alongside the wider warehouse supervisory team to develop and create an environment where everyone feels heard and supported. You will be responsible for setting clear goals, keeping score, and holding team members accountable for their responsibilities while fostering a collaborative and high-performing environment.

The ideal person will have demonstrable experience working in a distribution center or order fulfillment environment. Having experience using computers, RF scanners, pick to light, material handling equipment, conveyors, and state-of-the-art robots would be beneficial.

If you are someone who leads with integrity, has experience managing or supervising teams in a fast-paced environment, and would relish the challenge of consistently and successfully monitoring and driving daily picking, packing, and shipping efficiencies, then we want to hear from you!

Work Environment: This job operates in a fully climate controlled, 150,000 sf distribution center.

Position Type/Expected Hours of Work : This is a full-time salaried position. Hours of work start at 2:00 pm Monday through Friday.
