Lippert Components is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor for the 2nd shift to supervise Warehouse Associates and Department Leads across all shift activities. You will report to the Warehouse Manager and ensure efficient warehouse operations, staffing, and compliance with safety rules.
The role requires 3 years of shipping experience in manufacturing, 2 years in a lead role, and a high school diploma. A 2-year degree in manufacturing is preferred.

This position will supervise and coordinate activities of Warehouse Associates and Department Leads engaged in all forms of warehouse activity. This position will report to directly to the Warehouse Manager.
This role will oversee an operational function within Warehouse facility.
Fast-paced manufacturing environment, ability to tolerate a variable climate; occasionally lifting 30-75 pounds
This is a full-time, 2nd shift, salary position, and hours/days of work are decided by production schedules and reporting manager.
Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
