Lippert is seeking a full-time team member for their factory in South Bend, Indiana. The position mainly involves unloading trucks, maintaining production lines stocked with glass, and ensuring a clean work area.
Preferred qualifications include a high school education, factory-related experience, and a forklift license. The role requires physical stamina for tasks such as lifting and moving over 50 lbs and demands effective communication and organizational skills.
2nd Shift – Monday to Friday, 2:00 PM to 10:30 PM.

This position has no supervisory responsibilities.
The position requires standing, walking, bending, kneeling, stooping, crouching, crawling, and climbing all day. Frequent lifting and/or moving of items over 50 lbs is required. The employee must be able to talk and hear, and possess close, distance, color, peripheral, depth perception, and focus adjustment visual abilities.
