Job summary

Land O’Lakes, Inc. in Hicksville, NY seeks a Warehouse Supervisor for 2nd shift to lead inbound and outbound operations, manage daily schedules, and ensure inventory accuracy.

You will supervise teams, conduct cycle counts, enforce safety, and collaborate with site manager to meet production goals. Prior food/dairy logistics experience preferred; associate degree or equivalent leadership background desired.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or 6+ years of leadership experience in warehouse/logistics.
• 2+ years supervisory experience in warehouse/logistics.
• Knowledge of the E1 system to oversee work orders and support leads.

Responsibilities

• Manage inbound POs and outbound loads to DCs and customers.
• Ensure daily work schedule meets productivity requirements per site Manager.
• Maintain storage area and optimize floor space.
• Ensure accuracy and integrity of inventory reporting and systems controls.
• Conduct daily blind cycle counts and inventory analysis.
• Assist in blind full cycle counts quarterly.
• Execute inventory control procedures with internal customers.
• Enforce all company rules and safety training.
• Manage customer service requests and resolve issues promptly.

Warehouse Supervisor- 2nd Shift

Hours: M-F 1:00 PM - 11:00 PM (Weekends and off-shift as production requires)

Job Duties & Responsibilities

• Manage all aspects of inbound Purchase Orders from Suppliers and all aspects of outbound loads to the Distribution Centers and Customers.
• Ensure that the daily work schedule is completed according to business productivity requirements and guidelines as provided by the site Manager.
• Maintains storage area by organizing floor space; adhering to storage design principles; recommending improvements.
• Responsible for ensuring the accuracy and integrity of Finished Goods and Raw Materials inventory reporting and systems controls.
• Conduct daily blind cycle counts and inventory analysis to solve discrepancies and validate system data integrity for Raw, Packaging and Finished Goods.
• Assist in a blind full cycle count of inventory quarterly as required by LOL for Raw, Packaging and Finished Goods.
• Execute inventory control procedures, coordinating with internal customers daily on physical cycle count results.
• Enforces all company rules and regulations.
• Manages customer service and internal customers’ requests promptly and resolves issues quickly.
• Ensures all required safety training is completed.
• Other duties as assigned

Equipment Used

Must be able to safely operate all Warehouse equipment (Stand-up, sit-down forklift, electric pallet jack, RF Scanners, etc.)

Education/Experience Requirements

• Associate degree OR 6+ years of leadership experience in a Warehouse/Logistics role supporting a Food/Dairy Manufacturing setting.
• 2+ years supervisory experience in a Warehouse/Logistics role supporting a Food/Dairy Manufacturing setting.
• Knowledge of E1 system is helpful to oversee and maintain the work orders process, and to support Leads.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred.

Salary Range

$70,800 - $106,200.
