Job summary

Quality Custom Distribution Services LLC (QCD) is hiring an Ops Clerk for our 24/7 facility. You will perform a variety of administrative tasks, support operational activities, and work a 5-day shift schedule including weekends and holidays. This role is on-site in a temperature-controlled warehouse.

You will receive and process orders, manage essential documents, and maintain organized customer records. Strong communication and attention to detail are essential.

Qualifications

• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Familiarity with order processing procedures and customer service techniques.
• Ability to manage complaints with professionalism and efficiency.
• Strong attention to detail, time management, and organization.
• Willingness to work a flexible schedule; ability to work with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Accurately receive and enter customer orders, ensuring complete and correct information.
• Process documents such as load plans, bills of lading, driver records, variances, credits/debits, and product complaints.
• Print and distribute order forms to support smooth and efficient customer ordering.
• Maintain up-to-date and organized customer files and records.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.
