This is a full-time position. Must be flexible to work when necessary outside normal business hours of operation and weekends with on call accessibility outside of normal business hours.
POSITION OVERVIEW
The responsibility of the Warehouse Supervisor is to lead and hold accountable the frontline warehouse staff, up to 15 personnel at a time, to achieve performance standards and the daily goals of the customer contracts. Under the direction of the Operations Manager, the Supervisor will be responsible for the execution of the operational plan and ensures the performance of that plan on the floor. The leader must be pivotal and resourceful to remove obstacles throughout the shift and ensures the successful completion of that plan to finish the day strong. This requires being results oriented, forward thinking and will have a good understanding of distribution processes pertaining to the flow of goods in and out of the facility.
