Living Spaces Furniture in Fremont is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor to lead a team and manage the distribution center’s performance goals in productivity, cost, quality, and safety.
The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of supervisory experience in a warehouse setting, with proficiency in Microsoft Office and Warehouse Management Systems. The role includes developing business strategies and ensuring compliance with safety standards while fostering a culture of teamwork.
The Supervisor, Warehouse 1 will be responsible for helping the distribution center achieve performance goals for productivity, cost, quality, and safety. Will lead the team to operate efficiently and will facilitate the daily work of the department.
Education/Experience: High School Diploma or GED equivalent is required. 3+ years of experience in a warehouse supervisor or distribution center role. Equivalent combination of education and experience will be considered.
Computer Skills: Must be proficient with Microsoft Office programs such as Office 365 and Word. Must have working knowledge of Warehouse Management System (WMS). Knowledge of AX system is a plus.
Certificates and Licenses: No certifications needed.
Supervisory Responsibilities: This position will directly manage a team within the Distribution Center. Develop and execute business strategies to attain company goals. Provide strategic advice and guidance to direct reports to drive maximum performance. Ensure company policies and legal guidelines are communicated from top down and followed at all times. Delegate responsibilities and supervise the work of direct reports.
Pay range: $70,304.00 – $93,857.00. Overtime pay available for eligible, non‑exempt team members. Reimbursement for expenses as required by applicable law and Company policy. Bonus based on meeting specific goals and KPIs.
