Job Description:
Warehouse Operation Executive
- Responsible for the full spectrum of store management, including maintaining good stock control and proper storage practices.
- Issue purchase requisition forms for project site materials and tools when requested and inventory levels are low.
- Coordinate with suppliers and project teams on the delivery and receipt of goods.
- Monitor and control day-to-day store activities to meet quality targets and delivery schedules.
- Ensure finished goods from production are properly packed and labeled before delivery to clients or project sites.
- Handle stock takes, stock checks, and rectify discrepancies as needed.
- Update and manage inventory control, maintaining proper records of store activities.
- Receive and unload goods from suppliers (including container loads).
- Manage quality checks for received goods, rejecting defective items.
- Restructure and organize warehouse organization to optimize space for new inventory.
- Handle issuance of workers' personal protective equipment (PPE).
- Organize and oversee forklift maintenance.
- Maintain warehousing facilities and oversee maintenance work.
Standby Driver
- Perform delivery of materials from the warehouse to various construction sites and between sites.
- Transport laborers as necessary.
- Collect documents and handle related paperwork for deliveries.
- Ensure all deliveries are completed on the same day and goods arrive in good condition.
- Maintain vehicle cleanliness, service, and maintenance.
