Job summary

Gear Up Sports, Inc. is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor to oversee receiving, picking, replenishment, and shipping, ensuring accurate and safe fulfillment of orders. You will lead cross-functional teams, monitor KPIs, and drive continuous improvements in warehouse operations.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of warehouse/distribution experience with supervisory exposure.
• Bilingual English/Spanish REQUIRED.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Proficiency with WMS systems and Microsoft Office.
• Knowledge of warehouse operations and best practices.
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Forklift certification required.
• Understanding of OSHA safety regulations.
• Ability to work flexible hours including overtime as needed.

Responsibilities

• Prepare operational reports and communicate with management.
• Manage equipment maintenance and facility.

Job description

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to stand for extended periods
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly
• Good hand-eye coordination
