Job summary

gearUP in Hillsboro, Oregon is looking for team members to join their warehouse operations. As part of a collaborative environment, you will be responsible for processing orders, maintaining inventory, and ensuring quality standards are met. Ideal candidates will be able to pick, pack, and ship products efficiently while collaborating with other team members and adhering to strict safety guidelines.

• Pick, pack, and ship products efficiently.
• Collaborate with the team to ensure orders are picked on time.
• Support inventory levels and replenish stock as needed.
• Conduct regular cycle counts and update the ERP system.
• Coordinate with other departments.
• Inspect incoming and outgoing products for defects.
• Ensure items meet quality standards before loading them onto the truck.
• Document discrepancies and collaborate with the team lead.
• Work closely with team members to optimize warehouse processes.
• Communicate effectively with the assistant manager and team leaders.
• Contribute to a positive and efficient work environment.
• Practice safe working principles.
• Actively participate in continuous improvement.

Job description

Rate: $19.80/hr.

Schedule: Day: 1:00 pm - 9:30 pm. Overtime required during peak production seasons.

Position Summary

Team members will be cross‑trained in multiple facets of warehouse processes and expected to train others in a collaborative environment. They will also meet warehouse metrics and adhere to strict quality standards.
