Job summary

Role Description The Warehouse Supervisor is a full-time, on-site role based in Scott Depot, WV responsible for overseeing daily warehouse operations and ensuring safe, efficient material flow. This position coordinates shipping and receiving activities, monitors inventory levels, and organizes material handling to meet customer and internal timelines. The Warehouse Supervisor leads and schedules warehouse staff, provides hands‑on guidance, and promotes adherence to safety and quality standards. The role includes operating or overseeing the use of forklifts and other equipment, maintaining accurate records, and collaborating with other departments to support order fulfillment and customer satisfaction. This position requires consistent presence on‑site to supervise operations, troubleshoot issues, and drive continuous improvement in warehouse processes.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated supervisory skills, including team leadership, scheduling, and performance guidance.
• Experience with shipping & receiving processes, including documentation, carrier coordination, and order accuracy.
• Proficiency in material handling and inventory control, including stock organization, cycle counts, and loss prevention.
• Safe and certified forklift operation skills, with knowledge of equipment inspection and basic troubleshooting.
• Strong commitment to workplace safety, housekeeping, and compliance with company policies and regulations.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced warehouse environment, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines with minimal supervision.
• Effective communication skills for interacting with team members, management, and customers.
• Basic computer skills and experience with warehouse or inventory management systems are beneficial.
• Previous warehouse supervision or lead experience is preferred; high school diploma or equivalent is desirable.
